The Women in Skilled Trades Experience equips you with media and interactive activities for 5 Days of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math programming, a Keynote Presentation, and "How to" Guides.
Join Tacoma Habitat for Women Build Wednesdays
A series of one-hour, virtual, interactive workshops covering basic construction skills and leadership topics. While led by women and designed with women in mind, everyone is welcome.
Skills Workshops First and third Wednesday of each month, beginning at 4:30pm. Bring your questions to these how-to sessions demonstrating painting, plumbing, drywall, and more.
Leadership Workshops Second Wednesday of the month, beginning at 4:30pm. Topics include breaking down barriers in male dominated industries, conflict resolution, life/family balance, and more.
Sessions are FREE to attend. Pre-registration is required.
