Advisory Board Spotlight

Thank you to Renton Technical College for hosting the Construction Center of Excellence for the past 11 years! Higher education relationships are a key part of our work. We appreciate Jacob Jackson Executive Dean - Workforce, Trades & Economic Development who is a great partner and member of our advisory board.

Fall Quarter Classes Begin September 21st

Did you know RTC has a Commercial Building Engineering program? This course prepares students to regulate and maintain the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems of commercial buildings. Students will train on the principles and practices of refrigeration and building systems, boiler operations, and hazardous waste management. RTC also has a Property Maintenance program which combines hands-on use of construction, repair, electrical and plumbing skills. This program prepares students to work in property maintenance for apartments and other multi-family housing.
