Mary Kuebelbeck


Mary Kuebelbeck is a Welding instructor at Skagit Valley College with 16 years in education, and was named Teacher of the Year at Bellingham Technical College in 2014.

Mary is the Student Advisor to the Weld Club which is active in fabricating projects for the City of Mount Vernon, including the Kulshan Trail Art project, and the Snow Geese welcome sign. The Club is currently fabricating the Serendipity Lane archway for the City of Oak Harbor located on Whidbey Island. Mary is a Board Member of the Puget Sound American Welding Society encouraging membership through special projects to increase student involvement. 

Mary is also an exhibiting artist, and her steel Sculptures can be seen in Everett and Bellingham as part of the city’s permanent collection.
